Sabse pehle, company ko email ya call karke likhit mein poochhein. Agar fir bhi jawab na mile, to hamare General Complaint wale form mein poori jaankari ke saath shikayat darj karein. Hum community ki taraf se unse sampark karne ki koshish karenge.
Zomato/Swiggy account block ho gaya hai. Kaise open hoga?
Account block hone ke kai kaaran ho sakte hain. Company ke support email par appeal karein. Appeal mein apni galti sweekar karein (agar hai) aur bhavishya mein dhyan rakhne ka vada karein. Aap hamari community mein bhi is par charcha kar sakte hain.
Gaadi achanak band hone par kya karein?
Sabse pehle, surakshit jagah par gaadi rokein. Agar aap hamare rental plan par hain, to 24/7 roadside assistance par call karein. Agar nahi, to hamare "Rider SOS" feature ka istemal karke aas-paas ke riders se madad maangein.
